Service Description
Cleaning your property and leaving it spotless and guest-ready between stays! I go beyond regular spot cleaning and deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, covering and all surfaces. Changing linens, restocking essentials (soap, paper towels, coffee/tea), vacuuming/mopping thoroughly (including under furniture), sanitizing high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches), and inspecting for damage or missing items. Rental Cleaning Rate = 45$/Hour + Transportation/Materials/Tax (7.85% Homer) Timing Estimates: Dry Cabin (No running water) 1.5 Hours - 90$ 1 Bedroom Home, 2.5 hours - 140$ 2 Bedroom Home, 3 hours - 165$ 3-5 Bedroom Home 4.5 Hours - 245$ All payments are due at the end of service for the amount agreed upon. (I accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal) Please schedule a walkthrough of your rental to accurately assess your needs and go over important information and scheduling. I'll create a customized cleaning plan and estimate that works for you! Anchor Point and Homer area only. *I only schedule out for properties already booked. I do not clean exterior windows (beyond first floor)
Cancellation Policy
Lüften Clean Co Standard Policy: 2026 • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of $50 for lost time. Things happen! I understand, please reach out anytime - I'm flexible :) • Payment is due upon completion of service. If paid online in advance - I may require more time, 30$/hour to go beyond scheduled time listed. • Payment for excess time should be paid within 24 hours. • If I go under my estimated timeframe listed by over an hour, I will credit you. • My current rate is 45$/Hour for rentals and 60$/Hour for deep cleaning, + materials/gas • For Client supplied cleaning items, I am not responsible for damage when using your products, supplies, or equipment. *Please give proper instruction if needed. • Property damage: Notify me within 24 hours of any damage from my services. I'll assess the damage and attempt repair or replacement. **I am not liable for pre-insisting issues, damage or unstable items or damage caused by others. • Products I use: 409, Dr Bronner's Citrus Pure Castile Soap, Biokleen, Simple Green, and Bleach from time to time. Vinegar, baking soda, Dawn soap, Muse Apothecary odor eliminating spray. Zep Commercial Carpet cleaning detergent, Zep grout cleaner, Zero Odor Pro • Let me know any important information regarding your property before cleaning. (Special instruction for cabinetry, rugs, fixtures. Areas you'd prefer I avoid. Areas that need more attention. Product preferences, etc) • I may not be able to remove pre-existing stains or odors. • If you are unhappy with the result of my service, please notify me within 24 hours, and I will fix it for you!
