Service Description

Cleaning your property and leaving it spotless and guest-ready between stays! I go beyond regular spot cleaning and deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and all surfaces, changing linens, restocking essentials (soap, paper towels), vacuuming/mopping thoroughly (including under furniture), sanitizing high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches), and inspecting for damage or missing items. * Timing listed is an estimate! For a better assessment and customized pricing, please schedule a walkthrough* If I go over estimated time frame, it's an additional 30$ an hour. I aim to work as efficiently as possible, but jobs vary. For dry cabins, you must have a fresh supply of sheets/towels. ***My price is set to 45$/Hour + materials for rental cleanings, if I go over my estimated time, its an additional 30$/ Hour, if I go under my estimated time, I will refund you a % of the difference. ***I recommend a walkthrough consultation for a more accurate price point, my estimated time frames listed is a general average. Dry cabin means no running water. No bathrooms or laundry to be cleaned. Does not include cleaning inside appliances or external windows


Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of $50 for lost time. Things happen! I understand, please reach out anytime - I'm pretty flexible :) Payment is due upon completion of service. If paid online in advance - I may require more time, 30$/hr to go beyond scheduled time listed. Payment for excess time should be paid within 24 hours. If I go under my estimated timeframe listed, I will reimburse you! (example: Full house deep clean is set for 5 hours, and it takes me 3, I will reimburse you $100) For Client supplied preferred cleaning items, I not responsible for damage when using your products, supplies, or equipment. Please give proper instruction if needed. Property damage: Notify me within 24 hours of any damage from my services. I'll assess the damage and attempt repair or replacement. **I am not liable for pre-existing issues or unstable items or for damage caused by others.** Products used: 409, Dr Bronner's Unscented & Citrus Pure Castile Soap, Biokleen, Simple Green, and Bleach from time to time. Vinegar, baking soda, Ecos laundry detergent, Easy Off, Dawn soap, Muse Apothecary odor eliminating spray. Let me know any important information regarding your property before cleaning. (Special instruction for cabinetry, rugs, fixtures. Areas you'd prefer I avoid. Areas that need more attention. Product preferences, etc) I may not be able to remove pre-existing stains or odors. **I do not clean inside appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ect) or cabinetry (inside drawers, cabinets, ect.) If you're unhappy with the result of my cleaning, please reach out within 24 hours and I will fix the missed area. PRIVACY: All client information - including names, conditions, and personal details are strictly confidential. I will not share this information. Unauthorized sharing is a serious breach of trust! I respect you, your home, and your privacy. I promise to run this business with integrity -- To be fair, honest, and transparent at all times!
