Service Description
Improve indoor air quality and maintain a healthier environment by removing allergens/dust, dirt, embedded odors and stains! Deep cleaning your carpet and rugs removes bacteria, dust mites, and mold, making them look and feel new again and extending their life! I use a commercial carpet cleaner to shampoo and deep clean your carpets, with the addition of Biokleen Bac-Out Stain and odor remover. I also offer Upholstery cleaning! I do not clean oriental or fine woven specialty rugs. My hoover is for standard carpets and rugs. 60$/Hour + Transportation and material
Cancellation Policy
Lüften Clean Co Standard Policy: 2026 • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of $50 for lost time. Things happen! I understand, please reach out anytime - I'm flexible :) • Payment is due upon completion of service. If paid online in advance - I may require more time, 30$/hour to go beyond scheduled time listed. • Payment for excess time should be paid within 24 hours. • If I go under my estimated timeframe listed by over an hour, I will credit you. • My current rate is 45$/Hour for rentals and 60$/Hour for deep cleaning, + materials/gas • For Client supplied cleaning items, I am not responsible for damage when using your products, supplies, or equipment. *Please give proper instruction if needed. • Property damage: Notify me within 24 hours of any damage from my services. I'll assess the damage and attempt repair or replacement. **I am not liable for pre-insisting issues, damage or unstable items or damage caused by others. • Products I use: 409, Dr Bronner's Citrus Pure Castile Soap, Biokleen, Simple Green, and Bleach from time to time. Vinegar, baking soda, Dawn soap, Muse Apothecary odor eliminating spray. Zep Commercial Carpet cleaning detergent, Zep grout cleaner, Zero Odor Pro • Let me know any important information regarding your property before cleaning. (Special instruction for cabinetry, rugs, fixtures. Areas you'd prefer I avoid. Areas that need more attention. Product preferences, etc) • I may not be able to remove pre-existing stains or odors. • If you are unhappy with the result of my service, please notify me within 24 hours, and I will fix it for you! I would love feedback on how I can improve my services. • If you are happy, please refer a friend or leave a review!
